didnt go quite well did it ><" but. even though it looks like this... it tastes fantastic. its not about looks, but the inner beauty ^^

conclusion:
i think that this time i choose a good recipe as it is easy to make, tasty, and appealling. These banana muffins are one of my most successful recipes i have done, i'm really happy with my decision. i also think that it is a really good recipe that suits everyone's taste. this banana muffin is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. i thought it was good to choose such a recipe as it is important to have something that can suit everyone's tastes buds. it is good to have something that everyone will appreciate if not, many people might not be interested in eating ur food and that is not good.

okay serious now. SERIOUS.
Reflections: i think this recipe is GREAT.Reason being, it is simple to make, appetising , interesting, and the ingredients are made of commonly used items. Okay.. it is also partly because i love puddings, thats why i've chosen this recipe. Its simply delightful and fun to make one!!:D i figured that by increasing the temperature when the pudding is about to be done, makes the surface bake faster, resulting in only the top part of the bread pudding to be crispier.The bread pudding itself would be more firm and pudding-like. Although not everyone likes sweet food, im positive sure that sweet deserts like the bread pudding would be appealing to the youths and hence, i feel that choosing the bread pudding over the cupcakes was worth it.

before the modification, this is how it went! ^^

My mixture! throw everthing in!

MIX MIX MIX MIX MIX! until is soft and sticky

this is my modified verson, by adding nice pretty colourful cornflakes ^^
PRETTYY!!!

conclusion:
Never never add cornflakes to brownies, althought it taste nice, its acctually horrible. Never judge a book by its cover!!! i think that choosing this as my 1st recipe isnt so bad as i learnt my lesson that adding cornflakes is BAD!

but hey, its prettier and more colourful than the original one!:D

conclusion: never never poke a muffin until it looks baked+ do not try to add extra ingredients, cos its taste really horrible.
